We charge differently depending on pruning methods (how we trim and maintain your tree). We will discuss with you when we quote for you. 。
Is it true that you don’t work in the rain?
Yes, we usually don’t work in the bad weather. In this case, we will get in touch with you to reschedule. If urgent, please reserve as early as possible.
How long will it take to finish your work?
It depends on types of trees and how many there are, and the lawn and what kind of work we do. We will discuss with you when we quote.

Will you come to my garden to just get rid of insects and spray disinfectant on my trees?
Yes, we will. Our plant expert will choose the best disinfectant, and use the minimum amount in care for the environment.
I know you did your best, but I’m not entirely happy with the result. What can I do?
Though we try our best to fulfil your needs, if you are not happy with the result, we will try again until you’re satisfied with the outcome.
How do you dispose of the garden waste?
We will collect all garden waste and pay a recycling company for disposal.
What if I request for additional work on the spot?
We can make small changes free of charge, but we recommend you to consult us in advance because some works like pruning requires extra charge.
Is it OK to ask you question when you are working?
I think gardeners have artisan spirits and don’t talk too much. There are some gardeners like that, but we’d love your questions!
Would you like me to offer something to drink? I heard that you take a tea break.
Traditionally, some people offered us something to drink for a break. Though the tradition is still there, no pressure. Please don’t worry. The work we do will not be affected by that."
Do you quote free of charge?
We will estimate your cost after taking a look at your garden and listening to your requests, and it’s for free. 。
Is it true that there won’t be additional charge outside the quote?
Yes, we never charge extra outside the quote unless there are more things that you'd like us to do.
How long will it take to quote?
It depends on your requests, but it usually takes 5 to 10 minutes.
Does the cost change depending on the hours of work?
We will clarify what kind of work your garden requires, and how many days and hours per day we need to complete the tasks when we quote. Once we finalize the quote, your cost will not change.
Can I pay with a credit card?
We are still preparing to accept credit card payments. We recommend either bank transfer or payment in cash for now.
Do you work on Saturdays and Sundays?
Yes, we do. Please make reservation according to your needs.
Is it OK if I’m out while you are working?
Yes, we will finish your garden as requested!
